DESIGNING A SYSTEM FOR PREPARING TEACHERS TO PARTICIPATE IN PROFESSIONAL SKILLS COMPETITIONS (BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE WORK OF THE INFORMATION AND METHODOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT OF THE EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION OF NAGAYBAKSKY MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF CHELYABINSK REGION)

Abstract

This paper discusses the design of a system for preparing teachers to participate in professional skills competitions, based on the example of educational institutions in the Nagaybaksky district. In the context of a rapidly changing educational environment, professional skills competitions have become an important mechanism that encourages teachers to pursue self-improvement and professional growth. The author emphasizes the multifaceted nature of the preparation process, which includes both theoretical and practical components, the development of professional competence, reflective abilities, as well as adaptation to modern educational requirements.

The preparation system is aimed at creating a favorable environment for teacher development, including work to overcome stress and build emotional resilience, which is a key to performing successfully in competitions. The teacher preparation program involves the use of modern technologies and innovative methods through courses, workshops, and role-playing games, which not only help to acquire new knowledge but also allow teachers to apply it in practice. Interaction with experienced mentors plays a crucial role in the preparation process, helping teachers adapt theoretical knowledge and apply it in their pedagogical practice. Events and seminars contribute to the exchange of experience among teachers, which fosters professional development and the creation of a strong professional community.

Special attention is given to comprehensive support for teachers, including the organization of the learning process, as well as consultative and methodological assistance. The author notes the necessity of a flexible approach that complies with dynamically changing educational standards and requirements. Successful preparation for professional skills competitions not only enhances teachers' potential but also improves the overall quality of the educational process.
