Abstract

The article considers the methodical webinar as a significant genre of Internet communication, the main purpose of which is to transfer professional experience in an online format. The relevance is determined by the lack of knowledge of Russian-language methodical webinars as a public educational platform on the Web for transferring experience to specialists. The material for the analysis was the recordings of methodical webinars located on five sites. As a result of the research, the name of the Internet genre "methodical webinar" is being clarified. The place of the methodical webinar in the system of modern genres of Internet communication is determined, its importance for professional communication is noted. The constituent features of a methodical webinar are described. When determining the genre specifics of a methodical webinar, the parameters are supplemented by the following features: variability of the model, the secondary nature of the genre, belonging to speech and rhetorical genres, the level of abstraction of textual activity, and the communication channel. These features can serve as a basis for modeling speech genres in a digital environment, allow us to more clearly define the specifics and functional features of the methodical webinar as an Internet genre, and allow us to establish the potential of the methodical webinar in the modern information and educational field.
