The problem of students ' reading difficulties is considered. Self-development is realized by overcoming subjective difficulties of reading through the exit to a reflexive position. The technological process of self-development is presented, which includes four blocks: emotional-reflexive; motivational-target; process-oriented; effective-project and priority methods. The proposed technology gives the student a basic psychological and pedagogical training, methodological basis for conscious overcoming the difficulties of reading and conscious management of self-development.
