Abstract
The search of social-psychological prototypes drawn by Restoration Comedy authors is due to the need to see and to show society through the man, his social type, and a human through the society. The embodiment of such types in the Comedy of manners has a satirical character and finds its implementation through the principle of "Vice versa".
