Abstract
On the material of the novel «Brothers Karamazov» madam Hokhlakova’s family values which by the axiological nature are in the "interval" between the values of the highest order (the Snegirevs) and anti-values (the Karamazovs) are considered. It is claimed that madam Hokhlakova’s family values are very indistinct, for this reason they require a detailed scientific analysis. It is proved that the family values of madam Hokhlakova though are stated as values, they are not supported by the practice of active love, therefore these values are fragile, doubtful, changeable and dynamic.
