Abstract
The article contains information about the linguistic landscape, where the source of formation is the genre of street announcements. The language material was collected in the city of Novosibirsk and thus represents a reginal aspect. The paper deals with different types of communication failures, their manifestation in the texts of the street announcement genre. The relevance of the work is due to the fact that the urban environment affects the modern language situation in a multinational megalopolis. The street announcement genre appeared in the 18th century, but only in the 21st century did it begin to be actively studied in the cities of Russia. In the city of Novosibirsk, street announcements are considered for the first time as a genre of communication. The purpose of the article is to identify and analyze the manifestation of communicative failures in the street announcement genre based on the language material collected in the city of Novosibirsk. The object of the study is the street announcement genre. The subject of the study is the description of communicative failures identified in the street announcement genre. The methods used in this research are linguistic observation, descriptive-analytical method, sampling, interpretation and analysis of the received regional material. The practical significance of this study lies in the fact that its materials can be used to form a card index on the modern language of the city, develop a methodology for analyzing the genre of street announcements, and identify the regional aspect. The paper concludes that the problem of communicative failures in the genre of street announcements is a common phenomenon in the urban environment. Communication failures do not allow the authors of the texts of street ads to fully convey information to the addressee. A further perspective of studying this issue may be related to the study of the reasons for the appearance of communicative failures in the genre of street announcements; the need to develop recommendations for the correct composition of the text of a street announcement in order to prevent communication failures.
